Hey! I'm Jillaine, I'm 21-years-old from (not always so) sunny South Florida.

I was born in the Bronx, New York and lived there until the age of 10, when my mom decided she was tired of the cold weather and we packed up and moved to Florida. We've been here ever since. Upon graduating high school, I attended a local state college where I obtained an Associates of Arts in Public Relations & Organizational Communication. I knew I wanted to continue with school and get my bachelors degree, so I applied to a couple of schools around the country and ultimately decided to attend the University of Florida. I am currently a fourth-year public relations major at UF, with an outside concentration in business administration.

During my time at the state college, I dabbled with plus size modeling. I was 18-years-old at the time, had no idea what I was doing with my life (not that I really know now) and thought that trying the modeling could be fun, and boy was I right.

The modeling incorporated a lot of things I love, but there was a lot more then traveling and taking nice photos that went into the modeling, that many don't know about. I had to make a decision, to either continue pursing some kind of modeling career, or to go off to a university to continue my studies.

And well, that's how I ended up at UF.

From the time I was little I was interested in computers. I taught myself how to code HTML at the age of 12 and shortly after began to teach myself how to use Adobe Photoshop. I've fallen off the wagon for a while but I'm hoping to use this blog to get back into those things! This, this is what I love to do and I hope to use this blog as a platform to do great things.
